editioning: “ah, my joints!”

What I originally thought would be a ten print edition has now been reduced to eight. Laying them all out, there were two I could see that were not up to scratch. The third and ninth print had to go, too many inkless patches. Although you can see patches here and there in the other prints, I feel like I can get away with them because they are so small and don’t tale away from the print itself.

Okay, it is crazy how I took these pictures in the span of ten minutes and the colour varies this much with the fading light. Or is it the background? Or perhaps a combination of both? Winter light is no joke.

So now I have an edition (Varied Edition) of eight wonderful prints labeled “Ah, my joints!“, signed and hanko stamped.

Now I need to figure out pricing…posting…packaging options…how to sell them…

The real work is about to begin…
