And another! (smashes glass on floor)

I think this is one of my favourites yet!

Of course I do love honeysuckle, both the look and smell, so I might be biased…

I held back on adding too much to the label, wanting to keep it not too busy (and being lazy). The colours aren’t exactly mirror images of each other, but that’s okay, I’m not too bothered about it. I quite like the yellow instead of the orange although now that I’m thinking about ginger beer… Eh it’s fine, we’re talking about the spice, not the colour, okay?

The flower petals came out nice, clean and simple, so I’m happy about that.

No idea why I keep being drawn towards that rusty brown background colour… maybe one day I’ll try something else. But I think the shadows work well here, giving it weight and presence so it’s not just floating on the page.

The bottle with all of its reflections turned out well. Those little bits of white on the lip of the bottle… nice.

Overall, I think I’d call that a success!
